National Oceanography Centre delivers integrated marine research and technology from coast to deep ocean and, working with its partners, provides the bulk of the UK’s marine national capability on behalf of its owner, NERC. NOC is based on two sites in Southampton and Liverpool. It is the UK’s largest institution for sea level science, coastal and deep-ocean research and technology development.
